No ink or highlighting of music please. Music may be hole-punched. There will be no refund of the registration fee after the third practice. We encourage you to read the welcome letter for more details.

Please read and sign the following agreement.

I, the undersigned, understand that the music I have received is loaned to me by the Olds Community Chorus, is the property of the Olds Community Chorus, and must be returned to the chorus librarian immediately following the final concert. If I am unable to complete the term, I will return my music as soon as possible. I understand I am responsible for personally returning all borrowed music in good condition, and I agree to pay the replacement cost for any music I do not return due to loss, forgetfulness or irreparable damage.

I agree to receive communications from the Chorus via email or print if email is not available.I agree to have my name printed on Chorus Concert programs.I agree with my face and voice being portrayed online; this includes audio, video, and images placed on Facebook and OldsCommunityChorus.com. I understand that this might include other publicly available platforms (newspaper, social media, DVD, etc.)

If you do not wish to be seen or heard in multimedia, it is your responsibility to remove yourself.
